It depends on your goal. A wrap costs less than a quality repaint, protects the original paint, is reversible, and opens up finishes paint cannot easily do, like matte, satin, chrome, and printed graphics. Paint is permanent and better if you want to change the car forever. For most color changes, a wrap wins.
